The main headquarters of DiGiorgio Associates Inc. (DAI) is located in Boston, Massachusetts, and has a satellite office in Farmingdale, Maine.  We currently employ a diversified staff of over fifty. DAI and its affiliate construction management company, Monitor Builders Inc. (MBI), have a family-oriented culture. Although our staff works hard, we feel it is important to take time to enjoy one another through events planned by our Social Activities Committee. As we celebrated our 20th Anniversary in 2004, DAI was proud to acknowledge the longevity and valuable contributions by a substantial number of our staff.

DAI provides an environment where staff can learn and grow professionally. Our approach to project team selection is one where we select the best suited team members based on their skill sets and expertise for a particular segment of the project. We have an Architectural Internship Program where students are able to get hands-on experience to compliment their studies. We also have a Construction Site Development Program where architects serve a three to nine month period on MBI projects as an Assistant Superintendent to gain invaluable field experience - see the project through the construction lens.
