John W. Weaver, Chief Executive Officer and Founder, is exceptionally talented in the areas of planning, space programming, scheduling, budgeting and general management. He serves as a liaison between DAI's clients and the project team, taking responsibility for the architectural, engineering, and construction disciplines for the duration of a project as well as positioning our family of companies for the future.

Domenic DiGiorgio, President and Founder, is responsible for the management of marketing, planning, design, engineering and corporate construction overview on all project types. He also provides superior skills at projecting space requirements to produce creative and comprehensive master planning schemes for highly specialized facilities. 

John Zychowicz, Senior Vice President of Design, specializes in master planning, programming, building design and patient and staff work flow. In addition to designing award winning projects, John oversees all project design for DAI, and is involved in every aspect of a project from master planning through construction administration.

Christopher Luchetti, Vice President, serves as our Project Executive and is responsible for the quality of work performed, client service, utilization of staff, contract management, and project profitability as well as serving as senior project manager for assigned projects. His experience is diverse and his attentiveness is specifically noted by clients. Christopher provides the administrative and technical guidance necessary for the profitable, timely and successful execution of projects within the office. 

Donald Leonard, Senior Vice President, is our Quality Assurance expert. He has developed a solid relationship with local, state, and government authorities. Donald authored The Designer's Illustrated Guide to NFPA 101 published by the National Fire Protection Agency (NFPA) in 2007.

Michael Kessler, Senior Vice President, is the leader of our Engineering Division and is in charge of all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection disciplines. He has over twenty years of experience in the design, installation, operation and maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, medical gases and fire protection systems.
