John W. Weaver, Chief Executive Officer and Founder, serves as a liaison between DAI's clients and the project team, taking responsibility for the legal, architectural, engineering, and construction disciplines for the duration of a project as well as positioning our family of companies for the future.

Domenic DiGiorgio, President and Founder, has a keen sense for project leadership, spatial planning and design. Throughout his distinguished career, he has provided creative and comprehensive master planning schemes for highly specialized facilities.

John Zychowicz and Gnanesh Desai, our esteemed Vice Presidents and Senior Architects, are involved in every aspect of a project from master planning through construction administration. They have served on award-winning projects both domestic and international. Another asset to the company is their invaluable contribution to staff mentoring.

Christopher Luchetti, Vice President, is a Senior Project Manager and has been with the firm for 12 years. His experience is diverse and his attentiveness is specifically noted by clients. He is a Massachusetts Certified Local Building Inspector.

Donald Leonard, Senior Vice President, is our Quality Assurance expert. He has developed a solid relationship with local, state, and government authorities and is currently under authorship with the National Fire Protection Association.

Wayne Pelletier, Vice President, is our Manager of Architectural Operations. Since joining our firm in 1985, his responsibilities have ranged from Project Manager on the architectural side and Field Superintendent on the Construction Management side of operations.

Michael Kessler, Vice President, is the leader of our Engineering Division. He has over twenty years of experience in the design, installation, operation and maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, medical gases and fire protection systems.

Karin Mahious, Vice President, leads our firm's Interior Design division. DAI has worked with Karin for close to 15 years on healthcare and senior living projects throughout New England, the mid-Atlantic states and the southeast. She has been involved in the interior design and planning of various public and private educational facilities as well.
