The leadership of Monitor Builders Inc. (MBI) operates under the philosophy that our key personnel must always be acting as the owner's advocate and feel this is best accomplished through a hands-on approach.

Jack Hughes, MBI's President, is available for overall review of general and specific project construction management from initial client contact through project completion.
 
Steve Kovacs, Executive Vice President, provides overall hands-on construction site management for MBI projects and assigned field personnel.

Ed Cutting, Vice President, is responsible for pre-construction planning, project scheduling, project management, and design/construction management processes.

David Towle, is our Senior Planner/Estimator. He is responsible for cost planning and estimating, CoN submissions and assisting with subcontracting.
