Value Engineering - Monitor Builders Inc. (MBI) will review all architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical designs as proposed in the preliminary drawings including overall site configurations. A list of recommendations is prepared that will allow our clients to make early value engineering decisions.

Project Management - The key is effective management of resources, scheduling and costs. We collect, direct, and coordinate all personnel, materials, and equipment into an integrated program designed to precisely fulfill the needs and requirements of a project.

Field Implementation - MBI assigns a seasoned Project Superintendent at the project site on a full-time basis to coordinate and provide general direction of the work and progress of the subcontractors. Additional field support is assigned on larger projects as deemed necessary.

Start-up/Testing - We work with the client's staff to direct the checkout of utilities, operations systems, and equipment for readiness in their initial start-up and testing by the subcontractors.
