Our firm utilizes a pre-qualification questionnaire that establishes key indicators such as a subcontractor's experience, capacity, bonding limits, and personnel availability. We then work with our client to finalize the bid list for each trade and service needed to complete the project. We often place a press release and corresponding advertisement in the surrounding community news publications to insure local businesses and subcontractors will have an opportunity to be pre-qualified.
