For over a decade, Monitor Builders Inc. (MBI) has provided construction management services for Southcoast Hospitals Group of Massachusetts, beginning with an ambulatory surgery project at St. Luke's Hospital in New Bedford, Massachusetts.
The team of MBI and DiGiorgio Associates Inc. (DAI), our affiliate architectural firm, implemented the development of a 130,000 square foot additions and renovations project at Charlton Memorial Hospital. MBI assisted with the budget and schedule forecasting early on in the project.
The major components of this award winning, multi-phased project are a new Surgical Suite, MRI Suite and new Entrance and Lobby. Additionally, it includes a complete renovation of the Women's Services Unit and major renovation of the Radiology Department. As with the majority of MBI projects, this commission was completed on time and within budget. |
