From 1984 to 1990, DiGiorgio Associates Inc. had a more diversified portfolio through our ventures in the hospitality, commercial, and residential industries. In the hospitality field we completed several projects for The Flatley Company including a 387-room Sheraton Tara in Parsippany, New Jersey. Our commercial and residential experience includes an airline ticket terminal for United Airlines, a 500-car parking structure for the Museum of Fine Arts, the design of a mixed-use tower in Worcester, Massachusetts, and the Renaissance Apartment Tower in Revere, Massachusetts. Even though we currently specialize in healthcare and senior living, we still engage in projects of this nature periodically such as 128 Marketplace, a retail strip mall, and Wayside Youth & Family Support Network's new residential treatment campus.
