DiGiorgio Associates Inc. is considered a pioneer in the design of senior living facilities. Beyond the more clinical setting, our designs have evolved over the years to foster a more community-oriented environment for the residents of skilled nursing, assisted living, independent living facilities and continuing care retirement communities. Our Memory Impairment Care designs focus on environmental cues to enhance a resident's orientation. Every effort is made to provide these residents with the same community-oriented setting while keeping them safe.

Our designs for low to moderate income seniors are accomplished through efficient use of common area space while still allowing ample square footage per resident unit. On the high end, we incorporate such amenities as covered valet parking, cinema, wellness center, beauty salon and a five-star restaurant.
