DiGiorgio Associates has developed a user-friendly solution that will allow immediate access to all existing facility construction documents via a secure website. This solution is our Virtual Plan Room. We recognize that maintaining existing conditions drawings over the course of time, particularly dating back a decade or more, can be a daunting task. Factors such as the age of the drawings, multiple expansions and renovations at a facility, as well as limited storage space contribute greatly to the inability to keep full and accurate sets of drawings for an entire facility.
Our Virtual Plan Room is a powerful and time saving tool that has the ability to organize documents in a format that can store multiple projects throughout the life of the building. These can be listed according to discipline or project and give an organized, concise history of facility transformations. The base module is designed to manage existing conditions documentation. Additional modules that are geared for master planning and departmental square footage analysis can be explored as well.
