DiGiorgio Associates Inc. added in-house engineering to augment our range of service offerings and provide greater control over the project schedule and budget. This allows our team to do true value engineering throughout a project inclusive of facility assessments and master planning. Should a client have a preferred engineering firm they want on a project, we still utilize our staff for reviewing purposes.

Our engineering division team leader is Mike Kessler. He has over 21 years experience in the design, installation, operation and maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, medical gases and fire protection systems for healthcare, institutional, commercial, and multi-unit residential facilities. Our engineering staff's credentials are substantial including LEED accreditation.
