DiGiorgio Associates Inc. (DAI) has established a proactive Quality Assurance Program during the planning phase of a project that also extends throughout all phases to insure consistency. Our Senior Vice President for Quality Assurance, Donald Leonard, is DAI's point person for initial and progressive consultations with key personnel associated with the project, including governing officials. He performs thorough reviews and interpretations of applicable codes and regulations governing the project.
We offer assistance with any Department of Public Health (DPH) interaction as part of DAI's base architectural services. Mr. Leonard assists in streamlining the submittal process and expediting DPH plan review and approval for our clients.
He was instrumental in proactively offering relevant input to key personnel at the Massachusetts DPH during the development of their initial pilot program for self certification in the late 1980s.
