DiGiorgio Associates Inc. (DAI) developed a Facility Master Plan for Loudoun Healthcare Inc. that establishes the growth patterns and needed transformation to guide this hospital's future mission over the next 10 years. One component of the Master Plan is the development of a Medical Office Building.

DAI and Foulger-Pratt of Maryland are currently implementing the design and construction of this five-story, 107,000 square foot structure. Hospital outpatient activities will occupy 50,000 square feet of the building. These activities include a Cancer Care Center, an Ambulatory Surgery Center, Vascular Lab, and Cardiac Services with catheterization capabilities. The balance of the space will accommodate physician suites. The recently opened Cancer Care Center has state-of-the-art equipment and healing garden adjacent to its space on the first floor of the MOB. The Ambulatory Surgery Center will accommodate four ORs and four Endoscopy Rooms.
