Lowell General Hospital selected the design/construction management team of DiGiorgio Associates Inc. (DAI) and Monitor Builders Inc. (MBI) for their new, two-story Surgery Center and Medical Office Building. The design and construction, fast track schedule was accomplished in under fifteen months.

The Surgery Center provides patients convenient access to diagnostic tests, medical procedures, and same day surgery. The three basic components of this facility are a 15,000 square foot surgical center, 20,000 square feet of medical office suites, and a 5,000 square foot patient services center. The medical office suites range from 1,200 to over 5,000 square feet.
