DiGiorgio Associates Inc. designed this satellite medical office building for Beverly Hospital.  The building has a drop-off canopy that connects separate suite entries for three private family practices. The suites' design facilitates efficient traffic flow. They can be expanded, individually and collectively. The building also houses ophthalmology/optometry, mental health, and radiology.

The design harmonizes with the building's elevated rocky site and with the character of this coastal New England town.
