DiGiorgio Associates Inc. designed the new Manomet Ophthalmological Center, also known as Eye Health Vision Center. The 38,000 square foot building includes 10,000 square feet on each of two levels, one at grade and one above grade. There is also a 10,000 square foot, fully finished basement level and an 8,000 square foot "attic" space.

The steel-framed building has fully functional dormers that accommodate administrative office space while concealing the mechanical equipment courtyard from view. The basement level houses the Surgi-Center. The other two levels include a retail optical shop and medical office space, including offices and exam rooms with full support components. The design of the building's facade and the intimate scale integrates the facility into the residential character of the neighborhood.
