DiGiorgio Associates Inc. (DAI) originally designed this building for the Head & Neck Specialty Group of New Hampshire in 1987. Phase I included the design and construction of the free-standing surgical center inclusive of Patient Waiting, two Operating Rooms, Recovery, six Exam Rooms, X-Ray, Professional and Business Offices, a Day Care Center and Support Services. Phase II included a third Operating Room, expanded Recovery Area, and additional Support Services.
Wentworth-Douglass and Frisbie Memorial Hospital purchased the building in the late 90s. They selected DAI to design a renovation for a 7,000 square foot Women's Life Imaging Center and a 3,500 square foot Physician's Suite. The Physician's Suite included General Administration, Exam Rooms, Private Offices and a new glassed-in Conference Room. |
