For over a decade DiGiorgio Associates Inc. (DAI) has been providing planning and design services for Southcoast Hospitals Group of Massachusetts. This is one of three campuses where we have made significant contributions.

Our project at Charlton Memorial Hospital started with DAI assisting in the development of the hospital's Facility Master Plan that included the analysis of all major departments and centers of excellence.  DAI then teamed with Monitor Builders Inc. (MBI), our construction management affiliate, to implement the development of a 130,000 square foot additions and renovations project. The major components of this award winning, multi-phased project are a new Surgical Suite, a new MRI Suite and a new entrance and lobby. Additionally it included a complete renovation of the Women's Services Unit and a major renovation of the Radiology Department.
