DiGiorgio Associates Inc. (DAI) and HealthAlliance partnered in 1989. Since that time, we have achieved a milestone in the quality of healthcare in the communities surrounding HealthAlliance's Leominster and Burbank campuses.
 
In 1994, DAI developed Facility Master Plans for both campuses. The first project included a 20,000 square foot renovation for Behavioral Medicine at the Burbank Campus. The second project at the Burbank Campus was a 25,000 square foot Ambulatory Care Center followed by our third project, a new 26,000 square foot Cancer Care Center. 

At the Leominster Campus, the goal was far more expansive a program that encompassed 134,000 square feet of expansion and renovations. When completed, the Leominster Hospital was transformed into one of the most advanced hospitals in the region with its new Surgery, ICU, Emergency and Diagnostic Imaging departments and family-focused Inpatient Care unit.
