CITY PLAZA
DiGiorgio Associates Inc. designed City Plaza, a major mixed-use development in downtown Worcester, Massachusetts, adjacent to the Centrum and Galleria Mall. The design, as envisioned by City Plaza Associates, created a complex consisting of a 300,000 square foot office tower with 100,000 square feet of high-end retail space. It would also include 150 condominium units, all constructed over a 1,000-car parking structure.

We successfully completed the Schematic Design and Design Development phases of the design process. However, the project was abandoned due to market and economic conditions.
