DiGiorgio Associates Inc. (DAI) assisted Wayside with performing a feasibility assessment and master planning study for a new Residential Treatment Campus. We are now working with Wayside to implement their Master Plan. The campus will accommodate 72 youth residents. The classrooms are designed to accommodate approximately another 25-28 day students. Administrative offices, support areas and an attached gymnasium are incorporated into the program.

The 60,000 square foot campus is designed in a contemporary, New England colonial style to complement its surroundings. The building is comprised of six two-story, house-scale residential wings. The wings are tied together through larger building components that will include the Education and Support areas. The campus landscaping has been designed to create a buffer between the campus and surrounding homes at the property lines.
