DiGiorgio Associates Inc. was selected by Newton Senior Living, LLC, to design a residence of premier quality, yet affordable. Aquidneck Place is located in a picturesque Rhode Island setting. A large portion of the site retained its natural landscape, and areas immediately surrounding the residence have been professionally cultivated to create an expansive front lawn, secluded courtyard off the main dining area, and a fenced-in garden for use by the residents in the Memory Impairment Care Program.
The interior of Aquidneck Place is gracious, yet comfortable with a layout that supports a community spirit. It features a private dining room, a beauty shop, a wellness center with a private office and exam room for physician visits, therapeutic whirlpool baths on each floor, laundry facilities, and on-site postal services with private mailboxes. |
