DiGiorgio Associates Inc. developed the design of this magnificent senior living residence that uniquely blends a 135-bed Skilled Nursing Facility with a 48-unit Assisted Living Residence, Boylston Place at Chestnut Hill.
 
The design of the resident units is geared for accessibility and is adaptable to the residents' needs as they age in place. The ground floor of each facility provides the residents with lavish communal spaces. There is a boutique, hair salon, cinema, library, and wellness center for each of the two facilities. The assisted living dining room has the ambiance of a five-star restaurant.  It also has a sheltering porte-cochere entrance that provides valet parking services to residents to simplify their parking process. The interior courtyard is shared by both the Assisted Living Residence and Skilled Nursing Facility.
