DiGiorgio Associates Inc. provided full architectural services for this two-story, 100-unit facility with two resident wings linked by a central core. The northeast quarter is a 21-unit Alzheimer's care wing. Turrets, bay windows, and porches impart a Victorian style while pathways leading to a landscaped exterior enhance the residential feel.

The central core of the facility contains a two-story living room with a stone fireplace and open stairwell, providing the ambiance of a New England inn. The key theme of this project was to create ample common space that would provide a wide array of activities and amenities throughout the building to promote resident vitality. They include a formal dining room that seats 64, pub, country store, cinema, library, media center, greenhouse, country kitchen, and a health club.
