DiGiorgio Associates Inc. provided real estate and architectural services on two projects for The Saint Elizabeth Community. Monitor Builders Inc. was selected for construction management. The first project completed is a 120-bed, replacement nursing home that is divided into three separate units, one each for Transitional Care, Alzheimer's, and Geriatric Care. Those now living at Saint Elizabeth Home are former residents of the newly transformed Saint Elizabeth Court, an assisted living residence.

The innovative design of this facility provides a rich, controlled environment through a concentrated area of common space with a variety of services and amenities for each unit. There are public and private nursing consultation areas available for families, if desired. Special elements of Saint Elizabeth Home include an 800 foot chapel, two 160-gallon aquariums and a large outdoor garden with tranquility pond.
