DiGiorgio Associates Inc. provided Ocean State Assisted Living with full architectural services for this 84-unit project. The 71,000 square foot assisted living facility is located on a campus that is envisioned to be a four-building senior campus. A 20-unit Dementia Wing is designed to provide an interior walking path with activity spaces located at each turn. It maintains its own entrance as well as an enclosed courtyard.

The first floor features a lobby, library, parlor, pub, living room, private dining room and main dining room. The lobby and living room share a two-sided fireplace. A majestic staircase accented by a grand piano at its base leads you from the first floor to the center core of the second floor where you find a multi-purpose cafe, a cinema, country kitchen, wellness center, activity center, and hair salon.
