Monitor Builders Inc. (MBI), teamed with DiGiorgio Associates Inc. (DAI), has completed three significant projects for Redington-Fairview Hospital. In the early 1990s, we completed a 22,000 square foot additions and renovations project for Administration and their Emergency Department.
In 1996, our award winning project consisted of a 63,000 square foot addition and renovation that entailed a major infrastructure upgrade, including asbestos abatement, and mechanical, electrical and plumbing improvements for the new Central Chiller. The project components consisted of their Critical Care Unit, Ambulatory Surgery, Operating Suite, Women's Services, Laboratory, Physical Therapy, and Medical/Surgical Patient Care Units. MBI worked in a cooperative effort with all of the users to coordinate relocations and construction activity to help provide uninterrupted patient care. Our latest project focuses on Walk-in Care, Clinic, Radiology and Patient Beds. |
